RCC Fitness Sessions are designed to help young athletes improve significantly over the course of the season. Fitness is often overlooked by athletes and parents but should be understood that it often makes the difference between average and top players. Edin Sehovic, our Fitness Coordinator will create a fitness plan for each participant and will also provide feedback to let you know what weaknesses need improvement.
